I think we can all agree that the performance of the company share price has been atrocious.  

Understanding that, look at the strides made by the company.  It has steadily de-risked, signed and MOU for a JV, pushed forward on conversion of their HPA plant, fully funded I might add.  And the timeline to revenue generation gets closer and closer.

So the stock price is not reflective of the company and is a poor indicator of the accomplishments achieved by the company.  All the analyst reports confirm that the company has amazing potential, and should be trading at much higher prices.

That said, I am extremely disappointed that the stock price hasn't followed suit, but remain confident that the fundamentals will be properly reflected in the share price.
