Regarding this recent purchase of health care properties from NorthWest International (MOB.UN), it seems the NorthWest Value Partners firm ended up transferring all the Canadian properties to NWH and instead acquiring international properties in Brazil, Germany, and New Zealand.

where do they want to take these two companies?
