doesnt surprise me.  the sector ETF has outperformed this by a magnitude of 6x.   BUT, I am hoping at these depressed levels of NWH that the tide may turn these next 5-10 years.  rate and reply

you are exactly right....mob should trade at 0.208 with NWH and maybe a bit of a premium because of the 2 more months of higher yields.  but i can't understand why ppl woudl sell this on the date...read more

At least a few people have seen that the yield and conversion factor is advantageous with MOB.un over NWH.un until the end of today.  Do your own due diligence as this what I found.  rate and reply

The resemblance is in fact uncanny between NWH and D.UN though I expect D.UN would perform better since they did a buy back of shares and have a a proven internal management structure of dream.  rate and reply
