This stock has been subject to third party manipulation before. Whenever Stansberry Research issued a report the stock took off. This has happened a few times. Whatever Bailey was doing be it to shake up the market or manipulate it to make money on the long and short (of course he was on both ends if he did it) leave it to the regulators. They will get him if he was not clever. He is not part of the club. Also, the announcement to suspend operations recently is not the first time this has occurred. IMO the company needs a guy like Robert Friedland or someone of his stature to step in take a position move the price up for a financing and get it into production. I nominate you to organize it!
