Baileys offer for the company seems to evaluate the company based upon cash and the value of the equiptment built so far. No value seems to offered for the PNG Mineral Resource and estimates. Funny, he wants to buy the company and move it forward in PNG but he is not willing to value the Mineral Resource that has been established. I would love to see something changed with NUS to get it rolling but I am not selling any shares until the Mineral Resource he intends to move forward on is valued into the offer (see below).

Here is a copy of an email I received from NUS in 2010 regarding annual production "The Solwara 1 project is expected to produce an average 1.3 million metric tonnes per year of ore from the Solwara 1 resource.  The contained metal in this volume of ore is 91,000 tonnes of copper and 325,000 Oz of gold worth $890 million USD at today’s prices.  Not all of this is recoverable (see Cost Study for recovery details) but shows the potential value of 1.5 million tonnes per year of ore is very high, thus driving the project economics."
