I think Neptune has already arranged for outsourcing of its Krill oil production. Yesterday I noticed another new Super Krill(60 Caps) on the shelves and it bears both NKO and Friends of the Sea stamp on it as compared with the original Super Krill that only had the NKO stamp on it. There is also the other recent product bearing only Friends of the Sea stamp but with lower quality. Neptune obtained the Friends Of the Sea certification recently so any NKO product that contain this stamp is new.  Also as Neptune clams they are the only Krill oil producer with this certification.

Since Neptune has had no manufacturing capability by itself to do it , it is safe to assume that they have already arranged for the outsourcing.  Recent strength in SP is a good indication of the news that are about to be released in next couple of weeks. And let's not forget about the promising Capre results...
