If you have 65,000 shares worth $0.05 today, they will convert to be 1,000 shares worth $3.25.  Total value of your shares will remain the same, but it should attract new investors who are unwilling to trade penny stocks.

Also, if this stock is ever going to be officially listed on a U.S. exchange, it will need a price in the range of dollars (not pennies). 

It's open for interpretation as to whether this is a positive development.  I guess I think it means management has a positive outlook on the future.
