This is strictly a cap gain play like most resource stocks be juniors or majors. Even the ones that do pay a div will only pay a percent or so. If one is looking for income resource stocks is not the place to be. If you are interested in income from resource I know noranda income fund pays a good distribution but have no real details on the company other than they run a zinc refinery in Quebec and that is what you would be investing in. I know nothing about zinc or the noranda property itself. I did try and find out if they had any major expenses related to the place but was unable to find anything so I passed on it, that was a while back.
You want income, the place to be these days is in reits but watch those interest rates.
