If there is no production for Nov, how is this going to affect the cashflow/div payout?

There is provision in the agreement with Agip , that if the pipeline cannot transport the OIL. Mart and it's partner get paid anyways , say for 30 000 barrels for the month (don't quote me on the barrels² or sums - I am not totally sure on the amount/barrels²). Next year Mart will have to feed 30 000 barrels² into the pipeline to reimburse Agip for the avanced payment they got.
 
So said payment + money in the bank is way plenty to cover the dividend and then some....
 
Divy should be safe....
