Answer one simple question, why doesn't Canada build a pipelline to its East and West coasts? Nothing is standing in their way but Canadains, right? The footdragging in the U.S. is no different than that in Canada. What makes it seemingly more ridicules is that Canada is importing oil into its E. Coast(640000bbls/day)  with Brent based pricing while selling oil on WTI based prices. By the way the oil that would ship through Keystone is coming to the U.S. now, so where will the oil go without those Canadian tidewater export facilities?
