LAM has some t's to cross and i's to dot still so time is something they need to bring this to an advanced stage project imo.  With drilling underway and funding secured to complete it, the market tends to react more favorably to drill results over the lead up to actual mining (permitting, etc...).  Do your own DD!

I think LAM will be bought out before they reach production anyways...but that is purely unsubstantiated speculation.
