The Tasaist write-down is already baked into the sp....it has been extensively and exhaustively covered and is a well understood issue for investors. As for this one mine having the "undying and total commitment" of K.....where does theory this come from? Do you not read their reports or know about all the development work going on in Russia and elsewhere? As for K's 'salvation', it should most certainly rise from its current very low sp even if pog stays at this level as its current earnings and potential earnings more than support such a low sp imo. The new mine in Russia (of undying and total commitment?) should provide a new source of revenue in the coming year and the Fruta Del Norte mine issues look like they are well on the way to being dealt with in early 2013....ie in a few months time. So, without even looking at Tasaist we can conclude that the prospects for K are bright.
