I'm well aware of the forces at work here.  I'm just observing that with an almoust 200% return in the last 3 years  in our TFSA's(capital gains plus  DRIPed dividends) that I'm surprised the company has not attracted a serious offer from a pension fund.  

It would be very hard to replace the income from this investment.  Today I'd need an offer of about $30 to let this go, but I'd rather hold on to the shares for a long time.
