Does anyone know the significance of these standstill agreements?  I googled it and it usually is an agreement between the hostile bidder and the target but in this case its between possible new partners?

I don't know about everyone else, but I do intend to tender the rest of my shares at 72 cash, however, weather it will go through or not, I don't know.  It'll be interesting to see if the other major shareholders put out statements of intent.

I have no idea where the price is going today but I imagine down.  There will be a riot from shareholders if they are blowing smoke up their butts regarding possible "alternate" transactions and the price tumbles.
