INA needed cash flow quick (not one year out) and hence was willing to pay a higher price (although the Jurassic may hold further reserves, - but that'll need more drilling)... so apparently the price INA paid is what it costs in the NS these days to get into a project with quick pay-out. I doubt that IAE will be able to buy meaningful (close-to-)producing assets at significantly lower prices.

But they have to do something!
