I sold out of my RMM at opening today because in 2012 when zellers closed it seemed there was uncertainty and this tanked; cause rmm has "zellers/target" anchored properties.  But I bought more MOB.UN...read more

H&R only have a handful of Target stores, so I don't think it will be a big deal. Target's Canadian stores sucked right out of the gate, with high prices and nothing special to offer, so no big loss. ...read more
