I'm share Tower's concerns. The history of the Principals gives me zero comfort. What is there about the prospective new business that should give us any confidence that it will escape the probability of failure that 90% of start ups experience. I'm happy to be wrong but vague notions that Newco will be or could be successful surely are not good enough! Given the history of GBI, its shareholders should be making decisions about how the remnants of their $ies should be invested ... if at all!
