Amen letsgo! This appears to be the Gelvez family again trying to squeeze cash from EOM as they did with VEN. There is no conspiracy with Eike here in my opinion, simply Gelvez greed. This relates to an erroneous court ruling last year that gave them a perceived opening. EOM is in no trouble here. The Gelvez were able to extract a bonus from VEN when they hit it big, but VEN was not protected by the statute of limitations and were bound to go through arbitration. The Gelvez are simply looking for the same opportunity here. Unfortunately, this will hang over EOM until it is resolved. That is what the Gelvez are hoping for so that EOM settles just to make it go away. Hopefully, the court proceedings can be fast tracked.
