I note with interest that they are now resorting to high grading the deposit - 4.08g/t is substantially higher than their average of 4.0 g/t. this is a bad omen as it leaves them with only low grade areas to mine. It gets worse.
They told the market that they were going to accelerate their on reef development to give them more mining panels and therefore flexibility when the market improves. If anything, they have cut this back drastically with the result that they now have fewer panels to mine and fewer options in the future.
This is a sinking ship folks.
