I bought this last year at this price, and bought up to around $9 (average $8.40). I sold from $9.20 to $8.76. Lost money only because Canadian dollar fell relative to US dollar. Wouldn't buy it more

I would assume the price action has more to do with deflation risks because the Reit has 120 million euros hedged to sell into canadian dollars at 1.41 until 2017. They seem to be quite attentive more
