Are the new senior managers/board members just more self interested 1%ers with a hidden agenda? At least with the old management I knew where they stood. They may not have been particularly gifted as senior executives (failed implementation of growth strategy) but they were aviation experts who had avgas in their veins. Jennings even plunked down $1 million of his own cash purchasing DA stock a little over a year ago.
I hope we haven't been hijacked by a back door takeover with puppet governance. I know I sound a bit paranoid (I don't generally believe in conspiracy theories) and I hope I'm wrong but there has been nothing positive for ages and the share price is reacting accordingly. I'm afraid the only winners I see during the recent meltdown are the new senior management (big salaries) and Clairvest who have a rock solid 10% return.
