RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NAV and cash

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NAV and cash

The daily restriction is based on liquidity as opposed to how much they have filed to buy back (which is 5.7% of shares outstanding). The TSX restricts them to 25% of ADV which unfortunately was 1873...read more

RE:RE:RE:RE:NAV and cash

When I see other companies buying back, I don't see a silly daily restriction like here at 1873 per day, which is about $800...  they are buying but how can you buy much with this rule? Others seem...read more

RE:RE:RE:NAV and cash

The Q3 numbers came out this week. They just throw them on SEDAR so I didn't notice until today. Not many changes financially. They sold some Hummingbird and Treasury Metals so cash is up a bit. No...read more

RE:RE:NAV and cash

thanks for that... does seem like a reasonable place to park some cash,  since even if gold juniors drop we have the 39 cents, falling by 3 cents a year. Of course they could do something good or bad...read more

Correction

The company did buyback a few shares in September. They seem to be reporting it monthly. Better than nothing. Not quite a joke.  rate and reply

Hummingbird looks like a reasonable investment. They are moving very well towards development. Experienced team operating that company etc. etc. The buyback has been so far.....well..........a joke...read more

RE:NAV?

I see it down to about $0.86 but if you mark the KGL warrants down to say a nickel which seems reasonable given the sell off in KGL, that gets you to about $0.82.   It will be interesting to see what...read more

RE:RE:Buyback seems to be active (finally!)

unfortunately they are only allowed to buy 1873 a day and they can't buy on an uptick.  The liquidity makes it tricky.  If you have a block to sell them, it might be worth calling them.  They can do...read more

Method: Picked up some shares. Thanks for the input. The buyback is going way too slow. It seems more of a buyback in name only.  rate and reply
