I thought I would rerun the NAV as we plunge to new lows. We are now at 75 cents on the NAV so the discount is 55% to NAV and about a 15% discount to cash on hand at the end of December of 39 more

I was interested in taking a position in KGL but refuse to touch it given management's grossly puny stake.  rate and reply

RE:Lots happening all of a sudden

Lots happening all of a sudden

Lots of volume, change in listing venue, insider buying, KGL up a bunch. i guess we'll see how it all shakes out. Lower listing costs will be welcome as the burn is kind of high vs the assets.  rate and reply

RE:Corona 2014 results and NAV update

Thanks for the update... I assume the KGL wts are valued very low since the stock is down a lot. Many cheap gold companies, would be nice to see them put the cash to work... maybe they can buy on more

Corona 2014 results and NAV update

So Corona filed results last week. Basically no changes from last quarter in the portfolio. I updated the valuation of the KGL warrants to match the company's valuation. NAV is $0.81/share as of more

The daily restriction is based on liquidity as opposed to how much they have filed to buy back (which is 5.7% of shares outstanding). The TSX restricts them to 25% of ADV which unfortunately was more

RE:RE:RE:RE:NAV and cash

When I see other companies buying back, I don't see a silly daily restriction like here at 1873 per day, which is about $800...  they are buying but how can you buy much with this rule? Others more

RE:RE:RE:NAV and cash

The Q3 numbers came out this week. They just throw them on SEDAR so I didn't notice until today. Not many changes financially. They sold some Hummingbird and Treasury Metals so cash is up a bit. more

RE:RE:NAV and cash

thanks for that... does seem like a reasonable place to park some cash,  since even if gold juniors drop we have the 39 cents, falling by 3 cents a year. Of course they could do something good or more

Cash is about $0.39/share ($8.27m) versus the NAV of 82 cents.  The burn rate is $600k/year.   Management is not earning a management fee except for director's fees and the CFO's salary which more
