I agree.  PTA makes more sense based on their cash on hand but CNE is the better value.  I own both stocks but my preference is CNE due to the high margin / fixed pricing of their gas business. more

Finally, CNE is breaking out and will soon approach its first hurdle at $3.50.  From the length of its basing pattern it should be able to over come that threshold and bounce between $3.50 and $4. more
