You'll have to excuse my ignorance here, but what are my "bias intentions"? This isn't an echo-chamber of circle j3rking fans of CNE. Some people are going to rag on this company - deal with it. CNE has transparency problems, especially in the last 2 years. They over-promise and under-deliver. There are lots of potential positivies (I sound like a broken record because I've said the same thing many times before) - but CNE needs to do better at coverting potential.

The "extra" 3000 barrels of "equivalent" you speak of will certainly generate cash - how much though? At what cost? It certainly isn't going to make up for the nearly 75% decline in oil production this company has experienced in the last year. The financials for the next reported quarter will be bad - it's impossible for them to be anything but. They have lost a lot of production, shelled out a boat load of cash in wells (with not much to show for it), who knows what the heck Estrella is doing with their oil rig that was supposed to be exploring CNE's heavy oil prospects, not to mention paying out generous salaries/bonuses, and then there's the cash they dished out to buy Shona's assets.
