I live in Colombia so things dont arrive here sometimes.
The suspension is probably founded on security risks, but I doubt Shona even had the money for the exploration plan and probably dont want to resume the operations and start the clock.
Colombia has been drilling and exploring oil for decades with these problems. They released the Chinesse a couple of weeks ago, and to be honest they did not take the necessary precuations. From 1992-98 they used to blow up the pipeline almost every week, and operations still continued.
I just checked and Ombu is not producing at this time. I dont know what is going on there.
Might be interesting for someone to ask during the meeting to understand their plan going forward.
