There is no way the stock sells for $.10 or $.20 after dilution. If memory serves me correctly there would be something like 2 billion shares outstanding and at those prices it implies someone would be willing to pay somewhere in the range of $200-$400 Million for Cline. Not a chance. In Jan 2013, Consol Energy sold met coal assets in Alberta fpo $105 million. These assets consisted of PCI coal and hard coking coal. The costs per tonne were in the $100 range and they could produce 75 million tonnes of washed coal over the life of the mine. These assets would be far more financially productive than Cline's.
