The fact that CMK under the Marret Plan will have to dilute, does not affect company operations assuming that the company goes into production. In fact it strengthens its position vis-a-vis the end users. For they know the company will be in business in one way or another for the next 3 years. That could strengthen the hand of the company to negotiate sales contracts with end users as well as the prospect of sale of the company. For if there was a risk of the compnay going belly up, it would be difficult to sign any contracts or negotiate from a position of strength with any prospective buyer. The question is what will the company's position be if the company receives an offer to sell from a prospective buyer without any two or more bidders. The company will have to put any offer to buy the company before the shareholders and let them decide what they want to do.
