pnfker, are you invested in CGG? Are you an advocate for the Tibetans? Are you an anti mining protester, it sure sounds like it. This was a natural disaster plain and simple, landslides happen. People are earning good money working in the mines and local people too, ask them if they want the mine closed. Yes I agree, mining is not an environmentally friendly pursuit, but the world wants copper and gold. I don't dare drink from Lake Ontario, do we stop all industry around the lake? Please take your anti-mining views else where.
I see this as an opportunity to buy as this will soon be behind us and prices return to normal (low prices).
