Patrick Horan on BNN

CF was one of his favourities. Wealth mgmt is where money is going to be made. Trading at less than book value according to Horan. Technically it looks like it has bottomed also. carlos  rate and reply

RE:Canaccord Genuity to release fiscal Q3 results Feb. 4

I hope so to, but looks like the market isn't seeing a blow out jugding by the stock price performance since the investigation and the oil price collapse.  Buying  at these price levels seems more

Looking good imo

Markets seem to be stabilizing in general, as well as oil prices, to me anyway. That said, C/F at these levels look way to tempting. Friday's volume was encouraging and and a up day. Earning for C/ more

I was wondering why there were no bashers seeking re-entry

Nobody with any decent size holdings is selling. Nothing but retail swing traders and MM's trading marginal quantities. Buy and hold and starve them out. Very effective when the buying starts...  rate and reply

Share buy back is like putting lipstick on a pig

If the market does not value a company; there is a reason, CF will suffer as a result of lack os raising capital by energy companies that are about to go bankrupt, as simple as that.  rate and reply

Fundamentals remain solid

The hacky sac trading by MM seeking volume is getting old real quick.  Keep buying and holding.  rate and reply

RE:Odd trading behaviour on low volumes

Still, isn't interesting how C/F stock has not recovered to levels prior to the Amaya investigation. even after reports stating that Canaccord was not being investigated?  Very bizarre.  rate and reply

Odd trading behaviour on low volumes

I see this all the time in my shorted Biotechs. Either trolling for stops to cover, or a need to miss a strike price, (or hit one). Lots of dumping to generate volume. I provided bid support in more

RE:If the company is buying back their shares..

No kidding. C/F current share price is not to far below my actual cost. That said, at todays current price ( mid $7 range ) or even better if we see low $7 or high $6 range, makes it a lot more more

What's going on

Happy new year people. Last 2 days the markets are rocking to the upside but C/F has not really participated in the rally. Anyone have a guess as to why? In 4 weeks time its earning call for more

A good run.

C/F has had a good 3 day run. However, feels like the powder is drying up. Time to take some off the table and wait for the retreat. Pull-back in store  rate and reply
