I'm betting, "no" to that proposition.  1) It's a MB government already and the gov't will not likely be in danger of falling to a more radical regime 2) if the above is the case, the tendency of said regime to trump business concerns with political survival will be muted, hence the talk of "inward focus" is rubbish 3) Egypt has a large, educated middle class that wants its interests protected 4) its interests are not served by scaring off international investment by reneging on good deals (this one recognized as such by EMRA and the gov't) when the country is desperately in need of economic stability and the cash that the deal will soon provide - stupidity, and they know it.
