So let me get this straight.
Management turned down offers to sell the company for at least 50% more than the present share price.
Now they intend to spend $160 million this year just to maintain production, while they will bring in much less than that in cash flow. So they will be borrowing to stand still.
And they will be bumping up against their debt limit.
I am trying to see how this is a good investment among all of the potential LNG players, but am having a tough time.
Can anyone provide a more postive outlook, backed up with facts and figures?
Please convince me to buy this stock, as I think it does have potential.
