I had bought TWR years ago. They had 100% of 1000 hectare property Gowest and to the east of that a 50/50JV with DGC, 1300 hectare property they called A Block .
So I had TWR for 2.5 years and after the buy out, I made 30% over what i paid.
DGC is not giving up much, even if they are your partners.
They currently have a JV with CQR on a property that is just north east of their proposed mine. CQR sp has gone from $ 0.150 to $ 0.035 over a 2 year period. Thats a loss $0.12 or 80% of its value.
