An article on the National Post website yesterday afternoon reports that AC is urging the federal, provincial and municipal governments as well as the Airport Authority to make Canada's airports more competitive.  As I have said in previous posts, AC's management is proactive in improving its business model on all fronts and has, I believe, a sympathetic federal government in its corner.  Unfortunately, policies change slowly and the longer it takes to implement the necessary changes to bring airport costs, services and efficiencies in line with world competitors the more opportunity for Canadian airlines (and the country as a whole) will be lost.
