By saying it looks like an "ok deal" is accepting that it is done. I'm not happy because as I stated and you and others here have reiterated...A DEAL SUCH AS THIS should have been made public. Farhad's explanation in his email to you doesn't address the fact that by not going "public" (so to speak) it puts a cloud over an otherwise very respected management. Will this have any long term repercussions?...probably not, but it puts a little doubt in the minds of already beaten down shareholders. We didn't need this, but I am still holding and will be adding more when we make a northward move.
