Our majority shareholder has, according to these (and other) public statements, been somewhat deceitful with its' minority shareholders. It was expressly stated that the company would remain public. Rosatom knows that value of UUU and is trying to swipe it.
Given statements like this, shame on the Board. Don't see how you reconcile this without a hefty premium. If this was contract law, would lying not constitute "aggravating" circumstances and trigger damages?
