But Howdy wasn't it UUU that wanted to purchase Mantra but didn't have the capital?  And wasn't it UUU that had the option extended because of capital concerns?  If that was/is in fact the case can you can really blame ARMZ for not wanting to pick up the Mantra tab and writting down the size of their offer?  I don't think ARMZ wants Mantra for $1B any more than the minority shareholders of UUU do.  Somebody is going to have to eat it though and then in all probability pick up Mantra's development costs as well.  And then to top it all off, some people want/think Stephen Harper will go to Kazakstan and everwhere else to try stop the deal?  Canada has no jurisisdiction over mines in other countries.  So how's he going to do that?
