Thanks for the information, DEH1, that you posted here about the lawsuit. I couldn't help but read the blog entries below the stockwatch article Like, for instance:

"I've heard that Mercator is going forward with this because they have received a higher acquisition offer from a different party and thus want to lock up the voting shares of NCU, as NCU would likely say no to any outside acquisition offer because they very likely have an interest in Mercator's resource beyond investment purposes."

Looks to me like they are beginning to fight over who gets what from the Mercator entrails.
