"China’s push to improve air quality may mean it reduces coal consumption for power, changes transport policies and boosts clean energy investment, Michael Hsueh, a Deutsche Bank analyst in London, said in an e-mailed note. That may cut coal imports to 52 million metric tons in 2014 from 174 million tons last year. China may export a net 43 million tons in 2015."

Who's this guy from Deutch bag think he is?????  Like all of the sudden clean air efforts are going to change China's coal consumption overnight.  He obvioiusly is short something coal related and sends out an email to start a rumor.  By 2030 even their nuclear energy will only put out around 10% of their total electicity production and these plants will mostly be on  the east and southern regions.
