Rbob... check your math. How do you get a value of 6-800 MM for EEE? Using a recent market price of $1.55 CDN and approx 110 MM shares outstanding yields a market capitalization (value placed on the Company) of $170.5 MM (LT Debt is much more than this, about $250MM.... so the mortgage is much higher than the market value of the house right now) In addition, if you check the Annual Report, you will see that EEE has a staff of about 115, with about half of these being field based staff. If you work with a number of 60 for the office, losing 4-6 people, especially if they are Degreed Professionals, is a large hit in a short period of time. SD
