The end of a 2 year environmental permitting process is nearing:

*

October 2011: Kami project is registered for permitting

*

July 2012: Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) guidelines approved.

*

October 2012: 5000-page EIS submitted

*

December 2012: EIS requires additional documentation

*

February 2012: 2000 pages of additional documentation submitted

*

ADV has the best permitting team in Canada (Burlingame successfully lead the permitting process for Vale's Long Harbour and Lower Churchill). This is a significant advantage. Other permitting-related efforts: 75K donated to the Labrador Innu at Sept-Iles for their Aboriginal Games and another 75K donated to the Labrador Innu at Sheshatshui for a medical support vehicle. I'm confident the Labrador Innu groups are on board.
