A) The Labrador Trough is failing and the mines are barely in business, forget about expansion.

B) The Labrador Trough is booming and all rail capacity will be eaten up by expansion.

Which storyline is being pushed today? For 6 months all I hear from the skeptics is that Labrador Trough is a failing district and that LIM and Bloom Lake are about to go into bankruptcy. Now when the question of rail capacity comes into question Metalfactcheck tells me all the existing mines are going to double production and eat up the rest of rail capacity. Hmmm, I thought they were failing businesses? Choose a storyline and stick to it, you'll be more convincing that way.
