Based on the following extracted from SWY backup presentation for Update Feasibility, I would have to say NO regarding your query as to whether R65 would be added into the NI 43-101 Technical Report scheduled for release within 45 days.

SWY indicates below that it will be filing the Feasibility Update (Technical Report) which they have just summarized in today's NR. I find this very peculiar as the only significant change is the shaft deferral and decrease in capital.

I don't believe that a THIRD FS would be issued in 45 days - so it begs the question ofhow SWY sees R65. Maybe bulk sample results are already in and it is a NO GO. This would potentially be disasterous for the stock.
