If the Egyptions can pull this off and vote in the right leader that can satisfy the International Monetary Fund (IMF) with a sound and comprehensive plan for restructuring then IMF will consider a 3.2 billion dollar aid package to assist them.  And, if the right person is voted in, and the right plan is developed for restructuring, expatriates will most likely be given incentives to return. A new government with a genuine concern for the people of Egypt and a solid growth plan will also attract new businesses.  Farming, for one, will reap the rewards of a surging population.  Egypt and all it's investors will be well rewarded.  I for one believe they can do it.  How bout you?
