I've mentioned this before, many times, about allowing mediocrity to set in and status quo to be acceptable, when a good kick in the pants is what is really needed.
There are other distributors besides U-Fit as you know, like Australasian Safety who brokered the BHP deal. They have a website and have Sonomax front and center on it. It's the marginal companies like U-Fit as well as new licensees that MUST be watched over closely to ensure performance...'essentially' just letting them do what they want and waiting for them report in is dangerous. The structure of the company today just doesn't seem organized IMHO.
