"not only that but this company is priced for receivorship, which i think is at the very least, 2 years in the future... so there is value here... a lot of it."
Huh?...You are saying to a person who is not in, that CCAA probably won't happen for 2 years so that means the shares have long term growth potential which makes it a buy and hold?...Once again, huh? What person other than a mortician invests in death? Plays like that are a short term momo trade at best, which I believe was your angle but you got trapped by your own greed. Like that isn't a message board story I have heard a thousand times before.
You know your story has changed quite a bit from the day's when you said that the debt was no problem (Links provided upon request). Is it that something has materially changed since Dec-Jan relative to their income debt-situation, or are you near subliminally conceding that you were talking before you knew what you were talking about? Just think, had you listened to me back then, you actually would be up money right now instead of praying for a shot at break even. You are slowly modifying your opinion a little closer in line with mine, but time will tell if it is too little, too late.
Just a side comment. $12.50 debentures with a 50% annual ROI and potential 700% face appreciation must look pretty good right now. Nothing can go wrong unless you are conceding that the present equity will be wiped out (That is the only way they can get to them)...But even if that did happen you say it is 2 years out. That would mean I would already have a 100% ROI and everything past that point would just be free gravy on the french fries. If I am to take anything less than the 7 bagger that I am legally entitled to on those (now) free debentures then that means you most certainly have already been wiped out. Now that is called good risk management.
