They already have a bunch of permits, cruel if they cut them off at the finish line. But I don't doubt its possible.Given the current share price and the working capital on hand its a screaming buy here if you have any confidence at all they will get final approval. The downside here is 30% while the upside is 300%+.There are a ton of good looking deals in the gold/silver sector right now but I got to say Minco Silver is near the top of the list. More risk then some but the risk/reward scale is very favorable.
