in early Jan/Feb 2013:

i)  Technical report from Mr. Ash, the independent engineer, who was hired back in Oct, to do an onsite inspection of the Willa property

 

ii) TSX exchange approval as  DVN Files Willa Technical Report With TSX Venture Exchange....probably by mid Jan.

 

iii) By Feb: the Company continues to identify and pursue other acquisitions in the natural resource sector and infrastructure needed for existing and future projects.
