By the way, the legal agreement for the closing of the financing, agreed to by all, stated one year from April 11, 2011 which makes Largos contractually binding agreement date April 11, 2012. That is the only legally binding contract that Largo agreed to & must meet. If they get it done beforehand, let`s say April 8, 2012 that`s fine, but it`s non binding on them legally whatsoever,  as that wasn`t the date agreed to by all parties last April 11, 2011. It is a self imposed deadline which isn`t legally binding as per the legally signed document last April 11, 2011, which gave Largo one whole year to close the financing, which makes the deadline as agreed to by all last April 11, 2011, this April 11, 2012, which is what the legally binding contract states. Largo can call April 8, 2012 a deadline, or the beginning line, or whatever it wants, however it doesn`t make one iota of difference, as long as they get the financing closed, by the agreed to & legally binding contractual date, which states, one year from April 11, 2011. If they had be able to get the financing closed, say on November 1, 2011, that would have been fine, however they were never contractually obligated to get it done by that date, & the same applies to their own self imposed April 8, 2012 deadline, which doesn`t change the fact, that the legally binding contract agreed to by all, remains unchanged from the April 11, 2012 deadline, which was signed & agreed to by all the parties involved last April 11, 2011 & which remains as the only legally binding contract per the closing of the financing that Largo remains contractually obligated to meet, & that states one year from April 11, 2011 which is April 11, 2012 (and of course at anytime in between if they choose to, which is called a self imposed deadline, which as we speak is April 8, 2012, right now, however, from the legal perspective, they contractually have until April 11, 2012 to meet all of the terms & conditions of the April 11, 2011 contract, as that hasn`t been changed or revised that I am aware of, or we would have received a NR stating there been a change to their April 11, 2011 legally binding contractual agreement).
