Why sell at 0.12 when they can get 0.14. That's a very kind offer for Gotham and the carat. £1.30 is only a staging post for the shareprice. There is much more to come. CCD has shares in much more adjacent land. When all the exploration results are out on all the adjacent land (not currently included in the JV) we are looking at a 100 fold increase in the price of CCD. This land is rich in minerals all the way to Chile and beyond.
