I entered this play a few days ago based on the fact that it appears to have a solid business plan. 

 

Some big players (and the often don't come bigger than TD) must have an ulterior motive in making this move.  I think that the Speed Remit deal (or lack) must have had a negative impact but I saw this as a positive.    

 

So I am in and holding.
